THIS HAPPENED EARLY SATURDAY MORNING. OFFICIALS ARE TELLING US A CAR HIT A TREE, THEN CAUGHT FIRE. THE WESTMORELAND COUNTY CORONER HAS IDENTIFIED THE VICTIMS NOW AS 15 YEAR OLD BRADY HOOKER. 18 YEAR OLD ROCCO GUY, 15 YEAR OLD FELICITY MARTIN MARTINI AND 16 YEAR OLD KYLEE CORBER. THEY WERE ALL STUDENTS AT YORK HIGH SCHOOL, AND TODAY, THE HIGH SCHOOL SAYS CLASSES WILL BE HELD AS NORMAL. SO MUCH HEARTBREAK IN THAT COMMUNITY. AND DISTRICT OFFICIALS ARE TELLING PITTSBURGH’S ACTION NEWS FOUR THEY BELIEVE THIS IS THE BEST DECISION FOR THE COMMUNITY TO HAVE THE KIDS ALL TOGETHER IN CLASS AS A WAY TO SHOW THEIR SUPPORT FOR ONE ANOTHER, THE SUPERINTENDENT SAID IN A STATEMENT. BEING TOGETHER WILL ALLOW US TO PROVIDE CARE, CONNECTION AND SUPPORT DURING THIS DIFFICULT TIME. THE COMMUNITY ALREADY RALLYING TOGETHER TEENAGERS, THEY HAVE THEIR INS AND OUTS, BUT WHEN ANYTHING HAPPENED WITH THIS COMMUNITY BEFORE WE MOVED OUT OF THE COMMUNITY, LIKE THIS COMMUNITY IS SO STRONG TOGETHER. Four Western Pennsylvania students killed in fiery crash identified

Four students were killed Saturday in a crash in Westmoreland County, according to Pennsylvania State Police. Police said the crash happened around 3:30 a.m. on Derr Road in Sewickley Township when the vehicle hit a tree and caught fire. Saturday, the community created a large memorial on the tree. They laid flowers, candles, photos and other various items. “They were really kindhearted. They were just amazing people. They didn’t deserve this at all,” said Aubree Paul, a friend of the victims. “It is with deep sadness that we share information regarding the tragic car accident that occurred on March 21, 2026, involving 4 high school students losing their lives,” Yough School District Superintendent Anthony DeMaro said in an updated statement Sunday. “Our thoughts and prayers are with the families, friends, and all those impacted by this heartbreaking loss. As a school community, we mourn together and extend our deepest condolences.” The students have been identified as Brady Hunker and Felicity Martini, both 15, 16-year-old Kylee Nicole Korber and 18-year-old Rocco Zugai. “It’s kind of a small community. So, like, everyone knows each other,” said Madison Husar.The four lives touched many throughout the community. “Super funny, energetic kid, really good wrestler. I mean, I was on a lot of teams with him. Middle school, dual teams and just. Yeah, he’s just a great kid,” Cash Mitchell said.”She was amazing. She was funny. She was always happy, always put a smile on my face,” Paul said. The community is determined to remain strong together.”I don’t think the crash defined who these teenagers were. They were so much more than this crash,” said Miley Kuester.DeMaro said after careful consideration, school will be in session on Monday, March 23, 2026. He said, “being together will allow us to provide care, connection, and support during this difficult time.”
