ALLENTOWN, Pa. – Saint Patrick’s Day has come and gone, but that didn’t stop people from celebrating the holiday in Allentown.
The city held its 67th Saint Patrick’s Day parade on Sunday.
There were nearly a dozen pipe bands and more than 2,000 marchers.
Before the parade, hundreds of runners competed in the 16th West End Saint Patrick’s Day 5K.
Many of them sported their most festive Irish attire.
Proceeds go toward revitalizing Allentown’s West End Theatre District.
