It’s officially spring in the Lehigh Valley, which should bring the kind of weather perfect for Easter egg hunting.

If you’re ready to celebrate Easter on April 5 and leave the house after an extreme winter, here are a few ideas for where to dine in or pick up food in and near the Lehigh Valley. As always, be sure to contact these businesses for reservations.

Shanty on 19th will host an Easter brunch buffet 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 613 N. 19th in Allentown, serving crème brûlée French toast, Belgian waffles, braised beef tips, glazed ham, cod, Yukon Gold potatoes, sweet corn and desserts.

ZEST bar+grille

ZEST bar+grille will host Easter brunch 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 306 S. New St. in Bethlehem. The menu will include chocolate chip banana bread, shrimp bisque, chicken dumplings, lobster omelets, breakfast tacos, breakfast burgers and salads.

Folino Estate Winery

Folino Estate Winery at 340 Old Route 22 in Greenwich Township will feature the Easter Bunny and specials available 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Easter, according to winery concierge Autumn Goggins, alongside Easter egg hunts at 1 and 3 p.m. The menu will offer pork loins, roast beef, ham, chicken piccata, salmon, pasta, pizza and desserts.

The Raven 96

The Raven 96 will serve an Easter menu of pancakes, egg, hash browns, omelets and bacon at the Simon Silk Mill in Easton.

Karlton Cafe

Karlton Cafe will offer seasonal specials for an Easter brunch 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 310 W. Broad St. in Quakertown.

Point Phillips Hotel

The Point Phillips Hotel will offer Easter catering from 943 Point Phillips Road in Moore Township, including ham, Yukon Gold potatoes, corn, macaroni and cheese, salads and rolls.

Orders will need to be made by 8 p.m. March 31 at 610-937-1544, and pickup will be noon to 3 p.m. April 3.

Barn House Village

Barn House Village will offer curbside pickups for Easter dinner 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 4 at 7401 Airport Road in East Allen Township. The dinners include ham, stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, buttered corn and pies.

Orders should be made by April 1 at 610-837-1234, a representative said.

Diana’s Catering & Gourmet Market

Diana’s Catering & Gourmet Market is offering Easter dinner packages at 4907 Route 309 in Upper Saucon Township, including ham, pineapple stuffing, mashed potatoes, corn and carrots.

Orders are due Saturday by calling 610-797-2525. Pickup will be noon to 2 p.m. April 4, a representative said.

Borderline Family Restaurant

The Borderline Family Restaurant will host an Easter buffet 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 2100 W. Union Blvd. in Bethlehem, featuring chicken, pork loins, baked ziti, stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, a salad bar and a dessert bar.

Randall’s Restaurant

Randall’s Restaurant will host an Easter brunch 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 2016 Applewood Drive in South Whitehall Township. Dishes will include bruschetta, roasted Brussels sprouts, lobster macaroni and cheese, chicken tenders, veal, burgers, eggplant Milanese and desserts.

Thyme Rooftop Grille will offer its normal dinner menu 1-8:30 p.m. for Easter at 100 Northampton St. in Easton, including chicken dumplings, mussels, charcuterie boards, swordfish, short ribs, filet mignon soups and salads.

The Marblehead Chowder House will serve its regular menu as well as Easter specials 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. during the holiday at 4101 William Penn Highway in Palmer Township, a representative said.

The Kempton Hotel is offering takeout and dine-in for Easter at 9910 Kistler Valley Road in Kempton, featuring turkey, ham, Pennsylvania Dutch chicken pot pie, rolls, potato filling, green beans and apple crisp.

Mercatino Italiano

Mercatino Italiano started taking Easter catering orders at the Trainer’s Corner shopping center at 220 N. West End Blvd. in Richland Township. The offerings include bagels, miniature waffles, cinnamon rolls, braided bread and grain pie.

Online orders are due March 31 and can be picked up 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. April 4.
