BULLITT COUNTY, Ky. (FOX 56) — A Pennsylvania man has been sentenced to 20 years in prison after driving to Bullitt County to pick up a 14-year-old girl.
According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, 23-year-old Bailey Stouter used social media to arrange the trip to meet the teen before bringing her back to Pennsylvania for a “sexual encounter.”

He’s been convicted of transportation with intent to engage in criminal sexual activity and online enticement of a minor.
Stouter was ordered to pay $3,000 in restitution as well.
