PITTSBURGH, PA — With hundreds of thousands of people expected to descend upon Pittsburgh for next month’s NFL Draft, the present is not a bad time to open a new Downtown restaurant.

That’s just what has happened with Cocky’s Coop.

The Canonsburg restaurant on Monday opened a new location in Market Square, which is undergoing a multi-million dollar renovation in advance of the draft.

According to its website, Cocky’s Coop is a casual dining spot that specializes in hand-breaded fried chicken sandwiches, smash burgers, wings, hand-breaded cheese sticks, and fresh chicken and steak salads.
