Former First Lady and Second Lady of the United States, Dr. Jill Biden, is scheduled to appear at an America 250 Women’s History Month luncheon and panel in Harrisburg on Wednesday. The event will center on leadership, legacy and women’s contributions to the story of America’s 250th anniversary. Dr. Biden will be joined by Pennsylvania First Lady Lori Shapiro, former Pennsylvania first ladies Frances Wolf, Kathy Schweiker and Michele Ridge, moderator, actress and author Melissa Fitzgerald, and America 250 Pennsylvania Executive Director Cassandra Coleman.
