BETHLEHEM, Pa. – A prominent cigar retailer is aiming to create the “ultimate destination for cigar lovers” when it opens an expansive new facility – housing its headquarters and an accompanying retail area and cigar bar and lounge – in Northampton County.

J.G. Petrucci Company, Inc. (Petrucci), a leading development and design/build construction firm in the New Jersey and Pennsylvania region, recently broke ground on a 58,545-square-foot headquarters facility and retail/bar/lounge experience for discount cigar retailer Cigar Page in Bethlehem, according to a news release.

Construction commenced in early February and was spearheaded by Petrucci’s in-house construction management firm, Iron Hill Construction Management.

The new facility will be located at 1010 Harvard Ave. in south Bethlehem, less than a mile north of the Interstate 78/Route 412 interchange.

The company, currently headquartered in East Allen Township, reached out to Petrucci when it came time to expand.

Cigar Page, founded in 2015, is the second largest e-commerce retailer in the country, and the Bethlehem facility will be the company’s first physical retail location.

The project, consisting of warehouse, office and retail/ lounge space, is expected to open in early 2027.

Cigar Page’s new facility will contain what is claimed to be the “world’s largest cigar store,” according to the release.

About half of the space will be used for retail operations, featuring an outdoor patio, a keg/cooler room, a 26-foot stone fireplace, a full-service bar, more than 200 seats in the cigar lounge and a 4,400 square foot humidor room featuring a wide selection of handmade cigars.

An additional 14,750-square-foot, second-story mezzanine, located above the retail space, will serve as the main office headquarters for Brandshopper, LLC – the parent company of Cigar Page – housing over 100 employees.

“We’re proud to be delivering a project in Bethlehem that will attract visitors from across the region and support continued economic activity in the Lehigh Valley,” said Dominick Baker, vice president at Petrucci, in the release. “Developments like this highlight the strength of the local market and the opportunities it offers growing companies.”

Cigar Page aims to make this space the “ultimate destination for cigar lovers,” according to the release.

As a fast-growing cigar retailer, the new headquarters and retail space will further spur the company’s expansion.

The humidor will be the main attraction, boasting a volume of 68,000 cubic feet and housing more than 750,000 cigars.

The indoor bar will have 42 beers on tap, along with seating for over 200 guests.

“Our team’s vision was to build the ‘Big House of Cigars,’ creating the ultimate destination for handmade cigar enthusiasts – a sensory experience expansive in scope, yet warm and inviting. One that combines industry-lowest prices with exceptional service,” said Keith Meier, Cigar Page’s founder and chief executive officer.

“We’ve built an incredible online community of cigar lovers, and this new headquarters is more than a building, it will bring that same passion, connection, and culture into the real world,” added Alex Goldman, Cigar Page’s chief operating officer.
