With school out for spring break, kids can jump into high-flying fun at the Philadelphia School of Circus Arts’ Kid’s Day Off Circus Camp.

Running from March 30 through April 5 at the school’s Mt. Airy campus (6452 Greene St.), the camp offers flexible options for kids and parents with busy schedules. Daily sessions take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., with extended options from 3 to 6 p.m. and additional care until 7 p.m., providing a fun learning environment for kids and added flexibility for parents.

Each day, kids can transform their time off into an exciting, energy-burning adventure while building real circus skills. As they learn new skills, make friends, and enjoy reading time, group games, and creative play, they’ll leave with plenty of stories to share long after break ends.

Campers will also enjoy classic circus favorites, including aerial sling, static trapeze, aerial fabric, wire walking, juggling, plate spinning, rolling globe, tumbling and clowning. Along the way, they’ll develop concentration, trust and discipline while learning from the camp’s seasoned staff.

“Philadelphia School of Circus Arts invites kids to run off to the big top for spring break this year,” said Executive Director Kitsie O’Neill. “Circus Campus is the most unique place in Philadelphia to spend those days off. Kids can swap out days in the classroom with a different kind of school where they will be engaged in circus arts, skill-building and pure fun. Participants will create new friendships, learn new skills, build self-esteem and learn teamwork too.”

All kids from Kindergarten through seventh grade are welcome, and no prior experience or PSCA enrollment is required.
