A shooting inside a Southwest Philly park left a man with gunshot wounds to his eye and arm on Thursday evening, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.
The shooting happened inside Stinger Park at the intersection of 33rd and Reed streets around 4:45 p.m. on March 26, police said.
A 56-year-old man was driven to a nearby hospital by a private vehicle after he was shot in his left eye and right arm, police explained. He is currently listed in critical but stable condition.
Police do not know what the motive of the shooting is yet or who the suspect may be.
The Philadelphia Police Department’s Shooting Investigation Group is investigating.
