Three people were displaced by a fire Thursday in Sharon Hill.
Sharon Hill Fire Company and assisting stations were called to the unit block of Kenney Avenue about 8:40 a.m. for a house fire with reported entrapment.
Company Fire Chief Joseph Bourgeois said there were no injuries. The three residents were able to get out of the house before the fire service arrived.
With fire showing, a working fire dispatch brought additional units.
Firefighters stretched a handline to attack the flames in a bedroom in the front of the two-story twin.
“We were able to get a pretty quick knock on it, no extension into the neighbors’ house, Bourgeois said. “We were under control at the 20-minute mark.”
The chief did not speak to radio traffic reports of hoarding conditions in the home.

Officials were awaiting the Red Cross to assist the residents. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
A firetruck from the Upper Darby Fire Department was involved in an accident while responding on the call.
Township Fire Chief Rick Martin said Quint 74 from the Primos Secane station was responding when the accident occurred. He said the accident is still under investigation, however, there was minimal damage and no injuries in that collision.
