Soft opening over for Bro Man’s; Grand opening party planned March 26

Admit it. You want a T-shirt that says “I’d Smash That,” promoting a smashburger from Bro Man’s Birria ‘N’ Burgers West, which plans its grand opening March 26 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Well, Bro Man’s fans echo that sentiment with their initial support of the new spot. Restaurant owner Stephen Stanbro Sr. said the new place at 3558 W. 26th St., has been in a soft opening for more than a week and they have had lines out the door.
