PERKASIE, Pa. – A mutual bank based in Bucks County is announcing a leadership change.
Perkasie’s Penn Community Bank has named Charles Field as President, effective Friday, March 27.
Field already serves as Chief Financial Officer, a role he will maintain moving forward.
Jeane Vidoni will continue in her role as Chief Executive Officer, the bank said.
“As the largest mutual bank in eastern Pennsylvania, our structure allows us to think long-term and act in the best interests of our team members, customers and communities,” said Ross Choate, Chair of the Board of Directors, in a news release.
“This leadership evolution strengthens an already exceptional leadership team and positions Penn Community Bank to continue delivering the capabilities of a large financial institution while preserving the culture, relationships, and local decision-making that define community banking.”
Penn Community Bank has several locations in Lehigh, Bucks and Montgomery counties. It holds $3 billion in assets and employs more than 300 people.
