A new partnership is giving fans a free ride during the NFL Draft in Pittsburgh. Sheetz is teaming up with Pittsburgh Regional Transit to cover the cost of rides on the “T” and the Mon Incline. “Pittsburgh is about to welcome hundreds of thousands of visitors, and we know getting around is top of mind for everyone,” said Ryan Sheetz, EVP of Marketing and Supply Chain for Sheetz. “We’ve been part of this community for more than 40 years, and we’re excited to support Pittsburgh.”Organizers say the partnership will make it easier for fans to get around so they can focus on the experience. “Public transit is going to play a critical role in keeping Pittsburgh connected, accessible and moving — both for the hundreds of thousands of visitors we’ll have and for the riders who rely on us every day. I will say it again, do not drive,” Pittsburgh Regional Transit CEO Katharine Kelleman said. The free rides will be available from Thursday, April 23 through Saturday, April 25.
