Road maintenance for the spring season will soon be underway. PennDOT expects that waste fill dirt will be available to property owners.
Those who have easily accessible property that are near work sites can request that the fill dirt be delivered to their property. Owners can contact the Erie County maintenance office at (814) 871-4411 and dial 0 to speak to an operator to see if their property qualifies.
Release Form M-666 must be filled out before the dirt is delivered. These forms will expire at the end of the year and the new form must be signed annually.
