American jazz guitarist pays homage to the Grateful Dead at Berks County Festival | Reading Area

WEST READING, Pa. – The smooth sounds of jazz are continuing to echo throughout Berks County.

Music lovers got the chance to hear the famed American jazz guitarist Stanley Jordan on Saturday in Reading.

He joined the Boscov’s Berks Jazz Fest as part of his ongoing U.S. tour.

Jordan and his band called “Stanley Plays the Dead” performed tributes to The Grateful Dead.

This year’s festival runs through Sunday.
