A fire spread across multiple homes in Lackawanna County on Saturday evening.
The Scranton Fire Department was called shortly after 6 p.m. for a house fire along Dartmouth Street. When they arrived, the house was fully engulfed in flames, with the fire spreading to the homes next to it.
The home where the fire started was destroyed, and the two homes next to it sustained serious damage as well.
Streets surrounding the fire were shut down as crews combated the fire.

The Lackawanna County Coroner was called to the scene of the fire.
The Red Cross was called in as crews try to take account of all the people from the homes that were affected.
City inspectors are investigating the cause of the fire.
