Police are investigating after a woman was shot in North Philadelphia on Sunday afternoon.
The shooting occurred at around 3:02 p.m. at the 500 block of West Montgomery Avenue, police said.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found the woman, who has not been identified, suffering from gunshot wounds, police said.
The woman was taken to the hospital and her condition is unknown at this time.
No arrests have been made or weapons recovered at this time, police said.
