Philadelphia’s culinary and cultural community will come together once again this spring as the Garces Foundation Annual Benefit returns for its 14th year. Taking place on Thursday, April 23, 2026, from 6:00 to 9:30 p.m. at Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia, the event promises a vibrant evening of food, music, art, and purpose — all in support of Philadelphia’s immigrant community.
Themed “One Delicious Evening, Infinite Impact,” the Artisan Night Market‑inspired fundraiser unites dozens of the city’s top chefs, restaurants, artists, and community leaders. Founded in 2010 by James Beard Award‑winning Iron Chef José Garces and Dr. Beatriz Garces, the Garces Foundation works to help immigrants access essential services including healthcare, dental care, English language education, and digital literacy programs.
Guests attending the benefit can expect an unforgettable culinary experience featuring unlimited bites from a who’s who of the Greater Philadelphia food scene. Participating restaurants include Amada, Bolo, Buena Onda, Cry Baby Pasta, Garces Trading Co., Heavy Metal Sausage, Little Fish, Village Whiskey, Weckerly’s Ice Cream, and many more. Highlights range from lamb meatballs with foie gras sherry cream to scallop toast, cheesesteak bao buns, and coconut curry fish wrapped in banana leaf.
Beyond the food, the evening will be filled with culture and entertainment. Guests will enjoy music from Suena Cimarron, folkloric dancers from Colombia Mi Corazón Es Tuyo, artwork from muralist Manuela Guillén, an artisan market featuring handmade crafts, and a silent and live auction offering rare culinary experiences, travel packages, concert tickets, and more.
Tickets are available for $125 per person, with complimentary parking and coat check included. Proceeds from the evening fund life‑changing programs that served over 1,000 people in 2025, many earning less than $13,000 annually.
At its heart, the Garces Foundation Annual Benefit is more than a party — it’s a powerful celebration of the people, cultures, and contributions that make Philadelphia thrive.
