WYOMISSING, Pa. – PENN Entertainment is adding new responsible gaming resources to its online offerings.
The Wyomissing, Berks County-based operator of casinos, racetracks and online and sports betting platforms has announced a new partnership with Birches Health, an online behavioral health services provider.
Through that partnership, several resources are being added to PENN’s theScore Bet and Hollywood Casino platforms.
Those resources include problem gambling assessments, articles on responsible gaming and information on addiction counseling. They can be found through the responsible gaming (RG) tools section of a player’s profile within the app.
“Responsible Gaming is always our highest priority, and we’re thrilled to partner with Birches Health and expand the library of resources our players can access through our gaming apps,” said Adam Kates, Vice President of Compliance for PENN Interactive, in a news release. “Birches is a leader in the behavioral addiction treatment space, and their curated content helps destigmatize gambling addiction and provides players information on identifying and treating problem gaming.”
PENN Entertainment is adding to its brick-and-mortar presence as well. In June, it will open the new, $360 million Hollywood Casino Aurora in Illinois.
That same month, it will open a new hotel at Hollywood Casino Columbus in Ohio.
PENN currently has 41 properties in the U.S., including Hollywood Casino Morgantown in Caernarvon Township, Berks County.
The company will report its 2026 first quarter earnings on April 23.
