Missing Endangered Person Alert issued for elderly City of Erie woman: PSP

(WJET/WFXP) — The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) have issued a Missing Endangered Person Alert for an elderly City of Erie woman.

On Wednesday, April 1, PSP issued the alert for 82-year-old Bonnie Powell, who was last seen around 11:40 a.m.

According to the alert, “Police believe this person may be at special risk of harm or injury, or may be confused.”

Powell was last seen around the 1300 block of West 23rd Street in the City of Erie wearing a purple sweatshirt, purple sweat pants and gray shoes.

She is described as being 5’1″, weighing 100 pounds, and having gray hair and blue eyes.
