SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A man was arrested after police say he was found selling drugs in the Scranton area.
Lackawanna County District Attorney Brian Gallagher stated a search warrant executed at home on Mineral Avenue in Scranton led to the arrest of 53-year-old Damion Foster on drug distribution charges.
Man plotted murder for hire with undercover officer
The search warrant stemmed from an ongoing investigation into Foster’s alleged involvement in selling drugs within the City of Scranton.
During the execution of the search warrant, investigators seized 20 grams of crack cocaine and 400 MDMA (ecstasy) pills.
Foster was arrested at the scene, and the street value of the narcotics is around $5,000. He was arraigned and remains in the Lackawanna County Prison on a $50,000 bail.
