March 31
Fugitive: At approximately 12:15 p.m., police observed an adult female known to wanted on numerous felony warrants in the unit block of Wildwood Avenue. Stephanie Marie George was identified and taken into custody. Felony warrants from Maryland and Delaware were confirmed for narcotics and related charges. She was charged in Pennsylvania as a fugitive and was taken to Delaware County Prison where she awaits an extradition hearing.

March 28
Indecent exposure: About 12:30 a.m. officers on patrol on Baltimore Avenue noticed a male unzip his pants and urinate on the sidewalk and building. Officers stopped Parrish Spencer, 58, of Philadelphia. He had been drinking at a nearby bar and was heavily intoxicated and unsteady on his feet, police said. He was arrested.

March 26
DUI: At 10:53 p.m. officers spotted a gray Nissan Murano accelerating at a high rate of speed and swerving westbound on Baltimore Avenue. A stop was attempted when the vehicle drove over a traffic cone and came to a stop. The 37-year-old female operator smelled of alcohol. She said she was on the way home to Philadelphia and then admitted to going to a bar. She failed a field sobriety test and was charged with driving under the influence.
March 22
DUI: At 5:41 a.m. officers observed a gray Toyota van speeding on the 400 block of Baltimore Avenue. The vehicle was stopped and police observed signs of impairment from the 25-year-old male driver, a resident of Upper Darby. He was charged with DUI, speeding and operating a vehicle without insurance.
March 21
Resisting arrest: About 1 a.m. officers were dispatched to B’s Que-Shot Lounge for a disorderly and intoxicated subject. A female customer was causing a disturbance and refusing to leave. Police attempted to escort Natalie Phillips, 45, of Cobbs Creek Parkway in Philadelphia out and were subjected to racial and ethnic slurs. She was arrested and continued abusive behavior, police said. She was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and institutional vandalism.

March 7
Drugs: At 1:10 a.m. officers on a traffic enforcement patrol observed the operator of a Lincoln using a handheld device while operating the vehicle on Baltimore Avenue. Amin N. Dandridge, 25, Chester, was arrested after police found numerous packages of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a fraudulent registration.
