ROBESON TWP., Pa. – There’s a new place to properly retire your American flags.
Robeson Township has added a flag drop box outside of its administrative building.
Folks can place their worn, faded or damaged flags inside the box.
According to the National Flag Foundation, flags should be retired when “worn beyond repair.”
Officials say once collected the flags will then be properly disposed of.
