A man is dead after a stabbing in North Philadelphia late Sunday night.
Police responded to the 600 block of West Wingohocking Street just after 11:30 p.m.
When they arrived on scene, police found a 50-year-old man suffering from multiple stab wounds to his neck.
He was taken to the hospital, where he died shortly after arrival.
Investigators say the victim’s 30-year-old son was arrested at the scene.
A knife believed to be the weapon was recovered from the front porch, according to police.
The motive remains under investigation by the Philadelphia Police Homicide Unit.
