A Scranton man was arraigned Monday on charges alleging he sexted a minor in Kingston last year, according to court records.
Raymond T. Rittenhouse, 38, is charged with sending pornographic images to a teenage boy and soliciting sexual images from the victim in October.
Edwardsville police obtained a warrant for his arrest on charges of disseminating sexually explicit materials to a minor, permitting a child to engage in prohibited sexual conduct, unlawful contact with a minor and contacting a minor to commit sexual abuse.
Magisterial District Judge Joshua R. Moses arraigned Rittenhouse on the charges Monday morning and set bail at $75,000.
Rittenhouse was being held at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility with a preliminary hearing scheduled for April 14.
