STATE POLICE WERE CALLED TO THE AREA OF WEST KERR STREET IN UNIONTOWN SUNDAY FOR REPORTS OF A BODY FOUND ALONG THE TRAIN TRACKS. THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY IDENTIFIED THE VICTIM AS 71 YEAR OLD RALPH BROWN. TERRI NULAND AND ALICIA RIGGINS ARE CHARGED WITH CRIMINAL HOMICIDE, ABUSE OF A CORPSE AND TAMPERING WITH EVIDENCE.

Two people have been charged in the death of a man whose body was found in Fayette County on Easter. Pennsylvania State Police said a 71-year-old man was found dead along the railroad tracks in the area of West Kerr Street in Uniontown.Both Terry Newland, 58, and Alysha Riggans, 30, have since been charged in connection to his death.According to the District Attorney’s Office, Riggans and Newland conspired to kill Ralph Brown, with whom they lived in Uniontown. UNIONTOWN, Pa. —
Two people have been charged in the death of a man whose body was found in Fayette County on Easter.
Pennsylvania State Police said a 71-year-old man was found dead along the railroad tracks in the area of West Kerr Street in Uniontown.
Both Terry Newland, 58, and Alysha Riggans, 30, have since been charged in connection to his death.
According to the District Attorney’s Office, Riggans and Newland conspired to kill Ralph Brown, with whom they lived in Uniontown.
The investigation remains active and more information will be released as it becomes available.
