SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Seven dogs, one crate, no food, and no water: That is the condition Scranton police say a couple left their dogs in, and on Monday, they face charges.

Investigators say James and Carrie Flores left the animals locked inside their Division Street home for about a week after they moved to Texas.
