Witnesses told police that the shooter was a man named “Bando,” who authorities recognized was the street name for Jenkins, who they said is a member of the Bloods street gang.
Police said that Jenkins shot Garcia during the continuation of a fight that erupted the previous day at Big Daddy’s Lounge on Cedar Avenue.
