Two men are facing charges in Alexander County after a reported incident in March in the Bethlehem community. The Alexander County Sheriff’s Office says 45-year-old Bryan Dale Johnson of Taylorsville is charged with breaking and entering, conspiracy to commit felony larceny, larceny after breaking and entering, and damage to property. Authorities say 48-year-old James Edward Kovach, also of Taylorsville, faces the same charges.
Both men were placed in the Alexander County Detention Center under $55,000 secured bond apiece. Officials say both are set to appear in District Court April 13. The investigation is ongoing.
