The City of Erie has big plans for the summer season, and Mayor Daria Devlin gave some insight on what the community can expect in the coming months. She also announced the winner of the Erie 250 logo as 13-year-old Lauren Eberlin.
Several organizations announced their event plans for the summer including Erie Philharmonic, expERIEnce Children’s Museum, Erie Playhouse, Erie SeaWolves, Hagen History Center, Erie Western PA Port Authority, VisitErie, Erie Zoo, and Erie Events.
The July 3rd Fireworks show will return, and a concert has been added to the festivities. The community will be able to attend the concert, A 250 Celebration: Lights and Liberty on the Lake in partnership with Rebich Investments and Erie Events.
CelebrateErie, Sounds of Summer, and a redesigned 814 Concert Series in partnership with the City’s Love Your Block program will be some of the events held this summer.
