BETHLEHEM, Pa.- The Lehigh Valley consistently ranks among the top markets for economic development.
Why? Soon, some of the movers and shakers in that circle will get to see for themselves.
The Industrial Asset Management Council (IAMC) will hold its Fall Forum in Bethlehem in 2027. The announcement came from the Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation (LVEDC), which spearheaded the effort to land the gathering.
The forum “presents a significant opportunity to showcase Lehigh Valley’s strengths to the professionals who help companies determine where to expand and invest,” LVEDC said, in a news release.
Founded in 2002, the IAMC is the leading professional trade association for industrial and manufacturing real estate professionals. It hosts three major forums every year: two in the United States, and one at an international location.
The 2027 IAMC Fall Forum will take place Sept. 25-29 at Wind Creek Bethlehem, which, the LVEDC noted, recently expanded its convention space to better position the Lehigh Valley to host large events.
The forum is expected to draw up to 500 leading real estate professionals to the Lehigh Valley.
Site Selection, the official publication of the Industrial Asset Management Council, recently named the Lehigh Valley the number one mid-sized market in the U.S. for economic development.
