Marilyn R. Capozello
OBITUARY
Marilyn R. Capozello, 87, of Wyomissing, passed away on March 21, 2026.
Born on May 17, 1938, in Reading, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Paul A. Jacobs Sr. and Lydia(Kissinger)Jacobs.
Marilyn was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She dedicated 30 years of her career to the RM Palmer Company, where she was a valued and hardworking employee, retiring in 2006.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 54 years, Daniel R. Capozello Sr.; her sisters, Joyce Hudson and Joanne Mayer; and her brothers, Paul Jacobs Jr., John Jacobs, Ralph
Jacobs, and Carl Jacobs.
Marilyn is survived by her three sons: Daniel R. Capozello Jr. and his wife Jennette of Cave Creek, Arizona; Stephen P. Capozello and his wife Marcy of Spring Township; and Joseph P. Capozello
and his wife Nicole of Exeter Township. She is also survived by her six grandchildren, Andrew, Michael, Nathan, Allison, Ethan, and Emily; two step-grandchildren, Brett and Stacy; two great grandchildren, Daniel and Lucia; and seven step-great grandchildren, Brandon, Chase, Blake, Eme, Everett, Trinity, and Stella.
Marilyn will be remembered for her dedication to her family, feisty spirit, quick wit, and unwavering strength.
