Cruising has returned to Philadelphia for the first time in more than 15 years, with Norwegian Cruise Line’s Norwegian Jewel setting sail from the city’s new Philaport Thursday morning. The 16-acre port was built next to Philadelphia International Airport. The Norwegian Jewel is headed to Bermuda and beyond.
