Spring-Ford 3, Lower Merion 2 (25-20, 25-21, 15-25, 21-25, 15-6)
Spring-Ford did not waste an opportunity to exact some revenge for an earlier-season loss to league mate Lower Merion on Thursday, as the Rams won the first two sets before holding on in five to win their sixth straight match.

Noah Wright tallied a team-high 16 kills along with seven digs and four blocks, while Ethan Smith also produced double-digit kills with 12 to go with his seven digs. Jake Balke produced a strong all-around performance of six kills, five digs and 20 assists, Ryan Velten contributed 28 assists and five digs and Sean Norwood had a team-leading 13 digs. Walmir Lins Neto, making his first varsity start for the Rams (8-2, 4-1 league), chipped in three digs, two kills and two aces.

The Aces fell to 6-2 and 4-1, losing for the first time in over a month.
Boys Lacrosse
Owen J. Roberts 12, Boyertown 8
Gavin Brandt’s five goals and an assist helped ignite OJR’s offense, while Danny Walker’s all-around effort of three goals and four assists also made a major impact in Thursday’s PAC triumph. Brody Calle (3G, A) and Leo Greco (G) also cracked the scoring column and goalie Chad Young posted eight saves.
Haydn Rogoff, Elijah Delaney, Caleb Goering and Parker Andersen all scored twice for Boyertown (6-5, 2-2). Parker Ferri won 21 of 24 face-offs and Ian King made 11 saves.
Spring-Ford 15, Pottsgrove 5
Nick Valerio, Gavin Roth and Luke Hulstine all produced two goals and two assists as Spring-Ford dominated Pottsgrove on Thursday to take over sole possession of first place in the PAC. Aidan Knight and Matt Montgomery also scored twice for the Rams (7-4, 4-1 PAC), while Bennett Pizzi, Chase Fleming, Deven Sharma, Ben Knight and Cole Stadler also scored in the well-balanced win. Mason Westwood was 13-for-15 on faceoffs, and the trio of Dylan Cyr, Quinn Costello and Mike Roellinghoff combined for seven saves.
Doug Raggazino’s three goals paced Pottsgrove (2-9, 1-4), with Luke Henzes and Brayden Hires also putting one each in the back of the net.
Perkiomen Valley 10, Methacton 3
Patrick Moloney and Sullivan Roop had nights to remember, with both racking up four goals and two assists as PV dealt Methacton its first league loss on Thursday. Dylan Holland and Preston Sacks also scored in the win for the Vikings (7-3, 2-1 PAC), who received 15 saves in the cage via Christian Jones. The Warriors dropped to 5-6 and 3-1 following the setback.
Pope John Paul II 19, Upper Merion 11
Six different PJP players scored multiple goals in Thursday’s offensive bonanza against visiting UM, led by five goals from Charlie Hickey and an additional four via Brady Kleine. Trent Schuler tallied a hat trick and Jake Vigilante, Cole Sclafani and Chris Bray all scored twice for the Golden Panthers (6-3, 3-2 PAC). Jack Simonic contributed one goal, while Braeden Claffey, Danny Kotwas and Griffin Kaczerski produced nine assists between the three of them. Goalie Elijah Whitfield, who earlier this week picked up his 250th career save against Spring-Ford, added 11 more to his overall number in the victory. UM slipped to 3-8 and 1-3.
Governor Mifflin 9, Phoenixville 3
Despite falling short to visiting Governor Mifflin, sophomore Jack Manzon made 14 saves in goal to break the Phoenixville’s single-season save record of 164. Dylan Kirkpatrick, Oliver Jadico and Jack Nixon all had goals in the loss for the Phantoms (1-12 overall).

Perkiomen Valley 17, Pope John Paul II 4
Emily McCann paced PJP (3-9, 3-5) with two goals, while Ella Delciotto and Molly Baldini came away with one each. Teeghan Delaney made seven saves in the defeat. PV secured its third straight win following an 0-9 start.
