Boby Pape from Erie Philharmonic talks Ashley Brown return

A Broadway star is joining the Erie Philharmonic for a night of Disney and Broadway hits.

Ashley Brown is best known for playing the original Mary Poppins on Broadway.

She will perform in the Spoonful of Sugar Show that will end Erie Philharmonic’s pops season.

That event takes place at the Warner Theatre on Saturday, April 25 and 26 from 7:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m.

“We’re just so glad to have her back and so glad to end the season with all of these wonderful, fun songs. So, the Broadway side is going to include the Beauty and the Beast stage show. It’s going to have some songs from My Fair Lady. It’s going to have obviously some Mary Poppins, and then also this incredible Disney medley that just has every last one of your favorite Disney songs in it,” said Bobby Pape, executive director of the Erie Philharmonic.
