The striking truck failed to stop and then fled the scene. Police say Nassar was the driver of that truck.

PSP investigators traveled to Louisiana and processed the alleged hit-and-run vehicle.

Nassar was transported back to Pennsylvania to face charges of accidents involving injury or death, failure to render aid and related offenses.

PSP was assisted by West Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Department and the Louisiana State Police.
