SCRANTON, Pa. — Cooper’s Seafood House is celebrating its 78th anniversary this week by taking a step back in time. The restaurant in Scranton is featuring retro pricing on some of its food and drinks. Cooper’s opened in 1948 and has been a popular spot in Scranton for years.
The restaurant started doing its throwback menu eight years ago during its anniversary week as a way to give back to the community.
One dollar from every entree will go to St. Joseph’s Center, which is a place that helps children and adults with disabilities.
There are also plenty of raffle items to benefit St. Joseph’s Center. And the highlight? Travelworld donated a trip.
The retro pricing at Cooper’s Seafood House runs until Friday.
