The open-air lifestyle shopping center, at 2845 Center Valley Parkway, has welcomed Sunglass Hut to its retail lineup.

The new location of Sunglass Hut, a destination for premium, luxury and sport eyewear, occupies a 797-square-foot space between American Eagle and Bath & Body Works.
Sunglass Hut, founded in 1971, has grown into a global brand with more than 3,000 retail locations and a robust online presence.
Another Lehigh Valley location of Sunglass Hut operates at the Lehigh Valley Mall in Whitehall Township.

Another popular retailer also will soon be expanding its local footprint at Promenade Saucon Valley.
Norman’s Hallmark, one of the largest Hallmark Gold Crown retailers on the eastern seaboard, will occupy a 5,290-square-foot space between Capital Blue Cross Connect and Bath & Body Works.
The new Norman’s Hallmark store is expected to open by the end of the year.
Norman’s Hallmark, an employee-owned company with 85 years of experience, operates 100 locations across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland.
Beginning as a single Trenton, New Jersey shop, the company has become a leader in the cards and gifting industry, featuring Hallmark cards for every occasion, Keepsake Ornaments and a wide selection of gifts, home décor, fashion, books, stationery, games and gourmet items.

Other Promenade Saucon Valley changes
Sunglass Hut and Norman’s Hallmark are joining Promenade Saucon Valley amid a slew of other changes at the Upper Saucon Township lifestyle center.
In recent months, the center welcomed three new additions: Good Shepherd Rehabilitation, Color Me Mine, Relux and Luxe Events & Designs.
Good Shepherd Rehabilitation opened a new, 4,700-square-foot outpatient physician practice last week at the Lehigh County shopping center.

The new outpatient practice, which is located at 2845 Center Valley Parkway (Suite 450) across the street from Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital, is home to Good Shepherd’s Physician Group, according to a news release.
Good Shepherd’s physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) doctors, also known as physiatrists, specialize in caring for people with disabilities, as well as patients recovering from or needing care for stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, orthopedic injuries, chronic pain and more.
“Our new location at Promenade Saucon Valley, which is close to Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Hospital on Center Valley Parkway, provides centralized, convenient outpatient access for the patients and families we serve throughout the area,” said Chief Medical Officer and Senior Vice President of Medical Affairs Sandeep Singh, MD, FAAPMR.
Good Shepherd says it will host a ribbon cutting and open house from 4 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 4.
Color Me Mine recently opened at Promenade Saucon Valley, next to Batch Microcreamery.

Color Me Mine, a contemporary paint-your-own pottery franchise, held a soft opening in late August; Luxe Events & Designs, a premier event planning and design studio, hosted a grand opening week, July 22-29; and Relux, a locally owned boutique offering pre-owned, authenticated luxury fashions and accessories, held a grand opening on May 16.
The center is set to welcome several more new tenants in the coming months, according to Madeleine Convery, Promenade Saucon Valley Valley’s marketing manager.
Coming-soon tenants include Barley Creek Taproom (coming later this fall), a popular Poconos-based microbrewery offering Pennsylvania-made craft beer, spirits and wines, which is opening next to Kome; Mental Strength Ritual (coming early 2026), a “unique wellness destination specializing in an FDA-cleared technology called Transcranial Mental Stimulation,” which is opening next to Altar’d State; and Sephora (coming spring 2026), a popular retail chain selling makeup, skincare, fragrances and more, which is opening near Athleta, Convery said.

Businesses opening at the lifestyle center over the past year include Five Guys, SmARTivities Showcase, The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill, Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls, Dolly’s Dressing Room and The Hive.
Promenade Saucon Valley has also recently bid farewell to some businesses, including Lucky Brand, Go! Calendars, Toys & Games and Lashes by Gab, the latter of which vacated its three-year-old Promenade Saucon Valley location to focus on its Allentown location.
Additionally, FD Market, a sustainable goods shop and zero-waste refillery, closed its brick-and-mortar store at Promenade Saucon Valley on May 18; a location of Bar Louie, a chain of full-service restaurants offering freshly prepared drinks, sandwiches, entrees and more, closed in late August; and GailGray Home Furnishings and Design, a full-service interior design studio and home furnishings store, closed in late summer.
