CATASAUQUA, Pa. – Authorities in Lehigh County have arrested a man they say shot and killed another man in Catasauqua during a game the two called “quick draw.”
Samuel Rolando Colon, 24, of Allentown, surrendered Monday on charges of Criminal Homicide, Aggravated Assault and several counts of Recklessly Endangering Another Person, according to a press release from the Lehigh County DA Office.
Police say Colon was sent to Lehigh County Jail without bail.
Colon is charged with the Nov. 8, 2025 killing of Ti’Shaun Singleton at a home at 250 Edward Lane in Catasauqua.
At 4:37 p.m. on that date, Catasauqua Police and EMS were called to the Edward Lane home for a report of a shooting.
Upon arriving at the scene, first responders found Singleton dead. Singleton, 19, of Allentown, died from a gunshot wound to the chest and his death was ruled a homicide by the Lehigh County Coroner.
Investigators say they reviewed nearby video surveillance that showed two people inside the Edward Street home dragging the victim outside and several people running from the home. One person later carried the victim back inside.
Witnesses whose names will not be released said the victim and Colon were playing a game they named “quick draw” and both were armed with guns. Officers say as the men were playing the game, Colon shot and killed the victim.
A child, as well as several other people, were also inside the home and nearby when the killing occurred, according to the release.
