A 33-year-old female was charged with violation of firearms not to be carried without a license after she was found to allegedly have a concealed firearm without having a carrying permit at Lehigh Valley Hospital, South Cedar Crest Boulevard, April 9, according to Salisbury police.

Drug possession

A 23-year-old male, of Bethlehem, was charged with simple possession after a substance that field tested positive for marijuana was found on him at Lehigh Valley Hospital, South Cedar Crest Boulevard, April 4, according to Salisbury police.

Disturbances

Officers were called to a disturbance between a father and son in the 600 block of Scholl Avenue April 5, according to Salisbury police. No arrests were made.

Officers were called to a disturbance between neighbors over the planting of trees in the 1800 block of East Emmaus Avenue April 9, according to Salisbury police. No arrests were made.

Officers were called to a disturbance between neighbors in the 40 block of Birch Drive April 10, according to Salisbury police. No arrests were made.

Officers were called to a disturbance between family members in the 1500 block of Trout Drive April 12, according to Salisbury police. No arrests were made.

Officers were called to a disturbance involving a customer at the Scott Lot vehicle dealership, 3209 Lehigh St., April 14, according to Salisbury police. No arrests were made.

Hit-and-run

A female motorist, of Allentown, struck a parked vehicle while in the parking lot of 1259 S. Cedar Crest Blvd., April 7, causing damage to both vehicles, according to Salisbury police. “The female then threw an empty disposable coffee cup from her vehicle onto the ground followed by driving away,” according to authorities. Police identified and charged the driver with hit-and-run, careless driving and scattering rubbish, according to authorities.

Mutual aid

On April 7, Salisbury officers assisted Pennsylvania State Police with a motor vehicle crash on Interstate 78 in the area of Lehigh Street, according to Salisbury police.

On April 9, Salisbury officers assisted Emmaus police officers at a disturbance between two roommates in the 100 block of North Fifth Street in Emmaus, according to Salisbury police.

Open lewdness

A 40-year-old male, of the 1300 block of Fairfax Street, was charged with open lewdness April 10 after he allegedly came out of a residence through a second-story window, removed his pants and ran around the street naked in front of an adult and two children, according to Salisbury police.

Wanted person

A 22-year-old male, of Allentown, was taken into custody on two active arrest warrants for retail theft after a traffic stop for allegedly tailgating another vehicle in the 1000 block of East Susquehanna Street April 10, according to Salisbury police.

A 42-year-old male, of Freemansburg, was taken into custody on multiple active arrest warrants as well as for not having a valid driver’s license after a traffic stop in the 1500 block of Constitution Drive April 14, according to Salisbury police.

Pedestrian accident

A pedestrian was struck by a motor vehicle in the parking lot of Giant, South Mall, 3300 Lehigh St., April 14, according to Salisbury police. The pedestrian was taken to the hospital by EMS. At this time, no charges are being filed against the driver, who was from Allentown, according to authorities.

School bus violations

A total of eight school bus video violations were approved between April 4 and April 14, bringing the school year’s total to 208 approved violations, according to Salisbury police.
