Through an investigation, Summer Foot Spa that operated at 15 Clinton Street in North East Pennsylvania was found to be operating as a prostitution house. In this illicit massage parlor commercial sexual acts were being committed for money.
Sui Lin of Corona New York was charged an arraigned-on April 21.
Lin is being charged with:
Title 18 § 5902(b)(1) – Promoting Prostitution – Owns House of Prostitution (1 Count)
Conspiracy (903) + Title 18 § 5902(b)(1) – Promoting Prostitution – Owns House of Prostitution (1 Count)
Title 18 § 5902(a)(1) – Prostitution (1 Count)
Conspiracy (903) + Title 18 § 5902(a)(1) – Prostitution (1 Count)
The investigation was conducted by the Pennsylvania State Police with assistance with Erie County Human Trafficking Task Force and the North East Police Department.
The Erie County District Attorney’s Office is handling the prosecution.
