CLEARFIELD COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — One Clearfield County High School athlete is getting a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
Colton Ryan — a senior at Clearfield Area High School — has been selected to represent Bison Football at this year’s NFL Draft in Pittsburgh.
Ryan will be recognized on stage this Saturday for his achievements and contributions to the community.
“I got picked. And right after that, my friends and I started jumping around and we were super hyped. I called my parents and they just couldn’t believe it. It was awesome, they called all my friends. It’s definitely a lifelong dream of mine to be able to go to the draft and actually go onto the stage; it’s something I never thought I’d be able to do.”
