CHESTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — Two men were arrested and another is still wanted in connection with a shooting on the Pennsylvania Turnpike on March 28.

Pennsylvania State Police say Tuften Green, 21, and Terrell Adams, 38, used flashing red and blue lights to impersonate a police vehicle and pull over a vehicle with three people, including a 3-year-old.

Green then shot the driver in the chest after they became suspicious, troopers said. Multiple other shots were fired as the victim’s vehicle drove away.

Troopers said Adams, Green and Roberto Morel, 51, who trailed the fake police vehicle in another car, all fled from the scene.

Adams and Morel were arrested and taken into custody, but Green is still wanted by state police.

The trio face dozens of charges, including attempted murder, aggravated assault, robbery, kidnapping, and related offenses.

Adams and Morel were both denied bail “to ensure public safety,” according to their criminal dockets. They are staying in Chester County Prison.

Anyone with information on Green’s whereabouts are urged to contact state police at 610-486-6280.
