Scranton Area Community Foundation’s Women in Philanthropy Initiative partnered with Scranton business owner and podcaster Jeannine Luby recently to present a screening of the documentary “Loud Enough — Surviving Justice,” which tells the story of a Kansas woman seeking justice after a sexual assault. After the screening, Luby moderated a conversation with the film’s New York City-based director, Hilary Klotz Steinman, and Sabrina Hannon, WRC’s medical advocacy program director. The Sexual Assault Awareness Month event was presented as part of WIP’s 2026 film series that encourages dialogue around civic health and in recognition of the fifth anniversary of Luby’s podcast, “Uncorked with Funny Wine Girl,” a platform for women to share stories that inform, inspire and entertain.
