America’s largest baking company has moved its corporate headquarters to North Texas.

Bimbo Bakeries USA announced April 22, 2026, that it has relocated from Horsham, Pennsylvania, to Irving, with the new headquarters at 5525 MacArthur Blvd. Many members of the senior leadership team and other corporate staff are already working from the Irving office, and the company will continue recruiting for additional corporate roles at the site.

The strategic move positions leadership closer to Bimbo Bakeries USA’s major operations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, its dozens of U.S. manufacturing facilities nationwide and its parent company, Grupo Bimbo, in Mexico City. Officials say the change will improve efficiency, strengthen collaboration and support long-term growth across the country while maintaining a regional sales presence in the Philadelphia area.

Bimbo Bakeries USA employs approximately 20,000 people and operates more than 50 bakeries across the United States. The company is known for household brands including Mrs. Baird’s, Sara Lee, Entenmann’s, Little Bites, Thomas’ and Arnold. The new Irving headquarters is expected to house about 100 corporate positions once fully staffed.

This relocation marks the first major corporate headquarters move to North Texas in 2026 and adds to the region’s growing appeal for large companies seeking central U.S. locations with strong logistics and proximity to key markets.

Local leaders view the arrival as a boost for the DFW economy, bringing high-quality jobs and reinforcing North Texas as a hub for food-industry headquarters. The company plans a phased transition with no immediate impact on its nationwide bakery operations or workforce outside the corporate office.
