A 43-year-old man is facing charges after police said he sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl.
Jose Rodriguez, of the 1700 block of Oxford Drive in Allentown, is charged with aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault.
Police said the assault took place in Rodriguez’s home on November 30.
He was sent to Lehigh County Prison under $50,000 bail and posted bail Thursday.
