Friday marked the Lackawanna Blind Association’s 97th annual Helen Keller event, transforming the usual fashion show into a night of magic and comedy.
DICKSON CITY, Pa. — The Lackawanna Blind Association is hosting its 97th annual Helen Keller event Friday night at the Manor on Main in Dickson City.
Instead of the regular fashion show, this year they opted for a magic and comedy show put on by Scranton’s world-famous Denny Corby.
Stormtracker 16 Meteorologist Jeremy Lewan was the emcee and even participated in a few magic tricks with Denny.
All proceeds benefit the lackawanna blind association.
