Road crews work on the Linden Street bridge on Monday. The eastbound lane of the bridge over the Lackawanna River, rail lines and the Lackawanna River Heritage Trail in Scranton closed to traffic for a bridge rehabilitation project, the state Department of Transportation said. Eastbound traffic was detoured via North Seventh, West Lackawanna and Franklin avenues, and back to Linden Street on the east side of the river. CHAD SEBRING/STAFF PHOTO
