Dimeco Inc., the holding company for The Dime Bank, reported net income of $4.8 million for the first quarter of 2026 — an increase of $1.6 million from the same period last year, bank officials said.
As of March 31, Dimeco reported total assets of $1.1 billion — an increase of $40.2 million over March 31, 2025, officials said. During that period, total loans increased by $61.6 million to $845.6 million, and deposits increased by $47.3 million to $981.3 million, bank officials added.
Additionally, Dimeco reported dividends of 45 cents per share for the first quarter of 2026 — a 7.1% increase.
The Dime Bank operates nine branch locations throughout Lackawanna, Pike and Wayne counties.
