Erie Zoo brings back Glow Wild event
The Erie Zoo will be sporting a new look for the next few weeks, bringing a light show back to the park for a second year in a row.
On Thursday night, Glow Wild kicks off at the Erie Zoo on West 38th Street, lighting up the zoo grounds with handcrafted lanterns of various plants and animals.

Visitors are welcome to check out the vibrant lights on any Thursday through Sunday from now until July 5.
Erie Zoo President Roo Kojancie said they had a great turnout last year, and this year they’re adding some new lantern displays to the experience.
“We say that Glow Wild is a perfect opportunity to experience the zoo in a new light. Come out and experience the zoo in the evening, check out the great lanterns. It’s great for a date night. We say its great if you want to get a group of friends together. It’s just a fun evening out at the zoo,” said Kojancie.
